INCLUSIONS:

  • Pick-up & Drop-off – From all hotels and most BNBs within city limits.

  • Local Experienced Guide – Learn about the magic of the Northern Lights along with stories and history from a lifelong Alaskan.

  • Transportation  – Sit back and relax in our 12-passenger vehicles, offering ambient lighting, high-end heaters, and plenty of headroom.

  • Photography Assistance – Not sure what settings to use? Ask your guide, and they'll do their best to get you amazing photos of the lights on both DSLRs and mobile phones!

  • Variable Viewing Locations – Enjoy the freedom of not being tied to one location if the weather isn't ideal or if it gets crowded.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

At Find Alaska, we strive to provide flexible and fair booking terms:

  • Cancellations 30+ days before tour: Full refund minus 5% processing fee

  • 15–29 days before tour: 50% refund

  • 14 days or less: No refund

  • No-shows: No refund

Weather or Safety Cancellations: Full refund or free rescheduling if we cancel due to weather or safety concerns.

Private/Custom Tours: Cancel at least 45 days in advance for a refund (minus 10% service fee).
